The Plan!

So... Here is my Big Plan to lose weight. Any suggestions would be very helpful!

I am going to be a "mindful eater".  And red meat and pork is a rare occasion thing.  Chicken and fish and veggies.  More on the chicken and veggies though, I hate fish.
I am going to have at least one 30 min exercise every day.
I am going to have a walk every night after dinner. As well as an attempt to walk in the morning (but that depends on X)
And now the possibly controversial one.  I am going to start tightlacing.  Yup. With a corset.


I am also considering buying a juicer and maybe doing a juice fast.

What do you guys in internetland think?
